“I have been associated with Bill Eaton in the capacity of a physician/case manager relationship now for the last four to five years. Bill has assisted me in the taking care of many Workers’ Compensation cases.
Over this period of time, Bill and I have cared for at least 30 to 40 patients together. He is a very realistic, practical case manager. His aim is always to provide the best care for his patients within a system that can sometimes be difficult. Bill is able to negotiate the system of Workers’ Compensation with an ease that even experienced case managers cannot match. In doing so, he provides just what one would want from a case manager. I believe that this applies from both the physician’s standpoint, which is what I am most experienced with, as well from the patient’s standpoint. His patients have always been extremely complimentary of Bill, as am I.
I believe that as Bill expands his role in this industry those qualities which have made him such a successful case manager will make him a successful business owner as well. His organizational skills, his ability to communicate, and his intelligence will all serve him well in this role. As this is an industry Bill knows well, his experience will also come into play and he certainly has a tremendous amount of that. Finally, I believe that his compassion will continue to make him a favorite in the continuing role of case manager to his patients. This is also the basis for his excellent patient care.
I support Bill in the endeavor. I think our community will benefit a great deal from his venture.”
